Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy governs the privacy practices for the use of the Pyfaesthetic application and website (“Pyfaesthetic”) owned and operated by PT Pyridam Farma Tbk (“We”), where this Privacy Policy serves as the basis for the acquisition, collection, storage, processing, analysis, display, announcement, opening, disclosure, and/or any form of management from time to time related to personal data that you, as an account user (“You”), provide to Pyfaesthetic and/or that Pyfaesthetic obtains from you or third parties (“Personal Data”).
This Privacy Policy is an integral part of our Terms and Conditions. By using Pyfaesthetic, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy. You declare that all of your Personal Data is lawful and correct, and you acknowledge that you have understood the provisions of this Privacy Policy and that you give your consent to Pyfaesthetic, PT Pyridam Farma Tbk, its subsidiaries, and any affiliates to obtain, collect, process, analyze, display, transmit, open, store, modify, delete, manage, and/or use such data for the purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy. We may make changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time, so you are required to check it periodically. By continuing to access and/or use Pyfaesthetic, you agree to the changes in the Privacy Policy.
A. Personal Data By accessing and/or using Pyfaesthetic, you declare that all Personal Data provided is true, accurate, current, complete, and lawfully belongs to you. The Personal Data we request is part of the implementation of Pyfaesthetic services. Pyfaesthetic will store information for a period of time as regulated by applicable laws and regulations. You can access and modify your personal data such as address, phone number, age, and email through the Pyfaesthetic Settings menu. You can opt out of information or notifications such as newsletters, reviews, or private messages sent by Pyfaesthetic through the Pyfaesthetic Settings menu. Your Choices Mobile devices generally (iOS and Android) have their own settings so that Pyfaesthetic cannot access certain data without your consent. iOS devices will notify you when the Pyfaesthetic app first requests access to that data, while Android devices will notify you when the Pyfaesthetic app is first loaded.
