Before requesting a return or exchange, please carefully read the following terms and conditions:
Can I return a product I have received?
Products you have purchased cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of shipping errors by the sender. The return period is 7 calendar days from the date you receive your product. General terms and conditions for the return process apply:
- The return/exchange period is 7 calendar days from the order receipt date.
- Items to be exchanged/returned must be in intact and unopened condition (opened seals cannot be returned). If the product has a packaging box, the product must be returned with the packaging box.
How do I return a product?
Please contact our Care Center at +62-21-536-90112 (Monday-Friday 09:00-18:00) or email support@pyridamhealth.com to ensure that your product can be returned. If you feel that the product you received is defective/damaged/incorrect, please send a photo of the product to support@pyridamhealth.com. Please fill out the return/refund form that we sent with your order. Repackage the product you received properly as it was when it was shipped. Send the product to our warehouse (Read point III for more information).
How should I pack the product for shipping?
Pack the product as it was when it was shipped. If you received bubble wrap in the package, please use the same bubble wrap to pack your product. Place the package in a shipping box and cover the outside of the box with plastic to prevent damage. Clearly write the Pyfaesthetic Warehouse address on the front in block letters, and write your address and name on the back of the box. Pyfaesthetic is not responsible for damage caused by improper product packaging.
I have received the product more than 7 calendar days, what can I do?
If your request is made after 7 calendar days after the order is received, we cannot accept your return or exchange request.
Does Pyfaesthetic bear the shipping costs for returned products?
Pyfaesthetic will bear the return shipping costs for the Jadetabek area. Shipping costs outside of Jadetabek will be borne by the customer.
If I return the item, can the shipping cost be refunded?
Shipping costs and administrative fees (if applicable) cannot be refunded if you return part or all of the ordered products.
