Shipping Policy

SHIPPING – We ship via JNE and Si Cepat couriers, using their best service as a default.

SHIPPING TIME – To prioritize quality control, your order will be shipped 1 business day after your payment is made and confirmed.

SHIPPING COST – The shipping cost to your city will be automatically calculated during checkout. Shipments originate from West Jakarta.

SHIPPING DURATION – The arrival time at your address depends on the courier (JNE/Si Cepat), but the estimated arrival time (after the shipping date, not payment) is as follows:

• DKI Jakarta, Banten, and West Java: est. 1-3 business days
• Central Java, Yogyakarta, and East Java: est. 2-5 business days
• Outside Java Island: est. 3-7 business days
• Delays may occur during peak seasons such as before Eid or holidays.
• Delays are beyond our control, but we will gladly assist you in processing your claim with JNE/Si Cepat.

DELAYS – If your item has not arrived within 5 business days from the payment date, please contact our customer service immediately so we can process your claim with the courier.

DAMAGE/LOSS – For items damaged or lost during shipping, we will replace them with a new item (if in stock), a similar item of equal value, or provide a full refund.

NOTIFICATION – You will receive an email notification for each stage of the shipping process.

SHIPPING LABEL/AWB – The shipping label/AWB number will be provided at the latest 3 days after payment confirmation, if requested.

SHIPPING ERRORS – We strive to minimize errors, but if there is a shipping or packaging error, please refer to our Return Policy.
